The experience that I have encountered in my region, again I will go back to the level of education, it is well known and I am aware of it that a lot of our young people, although they end up graduating from Grade 12, they still lack the education that's required. There are some Grade 11 students in some of my communities and they are supposedly in Grade 11, but they are at a level of about Grade 8.
