Before I give that support, I’d like to mention that this policy is not perfect. We do have some challenges, especially in our small communities. We’re not seeing the benefits flowing to a lot of our communities with regard to projects, because of capacity issues and the high cost of running a business in a smaller community versus the larger regional centres, where you have lots of options. I think we have to look at the distribution of this policy and where it is working and where it is not working. More important is realizing...
