Has the government or the Executive considered dispute mechanisms in regard to arbitration or having an arbitrator come and try to work it out between the parties and try to find a way that they can save face, but at the same time save the Northwest Territories from collapsing politically because of an agreement that has some people on and some people aren’t ready to sign, the other ones are looking at it? I heard the Minister stating earlier that he has been giving funds to different groups who request funding. I know the Dene Nation wasn’t too successful in that area, but I know the Sahtu have been. How is that funding going to be delegated to those Aboriginal groups that want to have external meetings to talk about their participation in the devolution process going forward?
