I just want to start off with saying I know how important advanced education and careers are to people, but what I think happened in the mid-1990s is starting to come back to haunt the Northwest Territories, and that is funding was at such a level where it came out of schools and basically I believe the education system got it in the mid-90s and the first things to go when dollars were tight were things like industrial arts, music, home economics and now it’s kind of come full circle.
