Thank you, Mr. Chairman. A little bit of the concern that I had with the first recommendation that appears in our committee’s report was the date of April 1, 2005. It was a date that was put out there I guess to try to put the brakes on the losses that were happening at the Sirius plant, to give some assurance to the Regular Members here that this issue would be dealt with once and for all by April 1st. But I want to try and get a comment from the Minister on what’s going to unfold here. I know there were numerous proponents lining up when the initial call for proposals went out for the Sirius...
