At the decision of the chair here, if committee agrees, I think that when it is just general comments, there are no questions, please let’s not take the time to have the Minister respond to general comments. Let’s try and save our questions for the detail. As Mr. Hawkins has set the tone here with general comments, indeed those were general comments.
