I am going to call Committee of the Whole back to order. We are going to take up where we left off yesterday. Bill 13, Supplementary Appropriation Act, No. 2, 2004-2005, page 19, Transportation, capital investment expenditures, airports, special warrants, $3.4 million.

Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I’m in support of this motion as well, and I will speak briefly to one of the points, a whereas in the motion.
And whereas there are individuals and families who can no longer access programs and services of the NWT Housing Corporation because of previous rental and mortgage obligations to the Housing Corporation and there is a need to provide adequate shelter for these people...Mr. Speaker, just because people run into difficulties with the units that they are buying or renting does not negate the fact that they are still NWT residents in need of housing...
