Mr. Chair, with respect to Department of Transportation to ensure financial and technical assistance can be provided to rural and remote communities for any planned construction and maintenance of community access roads during the interim period, $250,000 will be transferred from the $14.744 million allocated for the Highways Division to the Community Access Program. Thank you, Mr. Chair. Mr. Chair, for the Arctic Energy Alliance I think there's $720,000 in grants and contributions.

I commend the leadership shown by the Member, the mover, and the seconder, the Board of Management, and all Members of this Legislative Assembly by, as a couple of Members have already pointed out, leading by example. Mr. Speaker, I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Yellowknife South that Bill 2, Supplementary Appropriation Act (Infrastructure Expenditures), No. 4, 2015-2016, be read for the second time. Mr. Speaker, this bill makes supplementary appropriations for infrastructure expenditures for the Government of Northwest Territories for the 2015-2016 fiscal year. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
