Thank you, Mr. Chair. I'd like to ask the Premier if this is the correct area to be talking about the expansion of the Single Window Service Centres. Thank you, Mr. Chair.

Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I'd like to ask the Minister if there would be any harm in being vaccinated if you've already been vaccinated and are not aware of it. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.

What is the difference? What happened in 1970 that changed? Did they eradicate measles in 1970 and stop vaccinating people? I'm asking for an explanation from the Minister on that, please.

Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Chairman, I realize that this is not the budget of the Government of the Northwest Territories, but on the radio today, the NWT Metis Nation was referring to their issue with getting funding for negotiations, money that usually comes from the federal government. I am wondering if our government is involved, in some way, in supporting the Metis to work with the federal government to try to get the money for continued negotiations. Thank you, Mr. Chair.

Then is the Minister telling me that, prior to 1970, there was no vaccination, so people born prior to 1970 were not vaccinated?

Thank you, Mr. Chair. I believe that, if it is allocated to all the communities in the Northwest Territories, I am fine with that. I don't necessarily need to see it in writing. A commitment here is sufficient as far as I am concerned. Maybe, if the Minister wishes, share it with other Members. I just knew that that was the criteria at one point when we looked at this fund, when it first came out. The only community that was eligible for this was Yellowknife, and so, at one point, all of the money in this fund went into Yellowknife. So, since then, obviously there has been a change at the...
