Statements in Debates
Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I'd like to ask the Minister if there would be any harm in being vaccinated if you've already been vaccinated and are not aware of it. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
What is the difference? What happened in 1970 that changed? Did they eradicate measles in 1970 and stop vaccinating people? I'm asking for an explanation from the Minister on that, please.
Marsi cho, Mr. Speaker. Last week, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission, CRTC, which is a federal regulatory body that oversees all Canadian broadcasting and telecom activities, released a report on aggressive and misleading series of sales practices within the telecommunications industry.
Mr. Speaker, this report has long been awaited because many Canadians, including many Northerners, have long suspect the existence of such sale practices. After months of research and cross-country consultations, the CRTC has concluded that there is, indeed, a high prevalence of...

Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I have more questions to follow up on the honourable Member for Mackenzie Delta on the measles situation. I'd like to ask the Minister: aside from the 1970s thing, how would an individual know if they have been vaccinated or not? Thank you.
Marsi cho, Mr. Speaker. Today, I rise to talk about bullying. Mr. Speaker, I realize that bullying is not only in the schools, but that is where I will concentrate my efforts today. Mr. Speaker, we all wear pink as politicians and bring attention to the matter of bullying. Mr. Speaker, I think that we really do our share when we teach our children not to be bullies. Mr. Speaker, we do our share when, as adults, we speak to our children about the harms of bullying. We do our share when we speak to our children, period, about bullying. We do our share when we have empathy for others when they...
