Thank you, Mr. Chair. The department has been working very close, particularly with our aurora operators, for this winter use of our parks. Those discussions have been going very well. No, we have not been approached or I, personally, have not been approached about developing a hotel at the airport. What we are trying to do is come up with the long-term objectives that we need to do with this airport. Part of this planning process, this takes some serious technical review, so we have put out a separate RFP. That is the reason that has caused such a ruckus in the community over this issue.

This has been an ongoing issue any time that I have had a discussion with the people in the Sahtu around the cleanup of this park and the federal procurement rules that are tied to federal process. I am well aware that, you know, the federal government has their process that they follow and their due diligence. They are working closely with SSI on how they can maybe look at changing some of those processes.
We have even had our MP with us at meetings around procurement, how we can change these types of things. At the end of the day, we still have to respect the federal...

Our submissions are in, and we are waiting for a response from the federal government, and we will continue to move forward on our process on the schematic design, and the design development of the fish plant, as well. Thank you, Mr. Chair. For 2018-2019, we have the Buffalo River Bridge. For 2018-2019, we have the Frank Channel Bridge for pre-engineering, environmental design, and new bridge. In 2019-2020, rehabilitation works are deferred. Hay River to Pine Point Bridge, 2019-2020. For construction, the year two of two, repair and concrete pairs, abutments, strengthen steel, rehabilitate concrete bridge deck, replace bearings and deck joints, and repaint steel stresses.
