Although the amount is not as big this time -- its $68,000 -- but since the announcements of last year of $40 million total, I knew that there was going to be a big backlash from my constituents and it has been well known. I just want to say that I cannot support $68,000 for the NWT law courts building - territorial, Mr. Chairman.
