Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I give notice that on Monday, February 21, 2005, I will move the following motion: Now therefore I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Nahendeh, that pursuant to section 18 of the Official Languages Act, Shannon Gullberg be appointed as Northwest Territories Language Commissioner; and further, that the appointment be effective February 22, 2005. Before we go further, colleagues, I would like to draw Members’ attention to the gallery. I have two very special guests visiting us today. We have Gordon Walker and Lynda Brise from Scotland. They have just arrived in Canada and are coming to visit our family for the weekend. I would like to especially welcome them to Canada and to the Northwest Territories and to the Legislative Assembly. I look forward to spending the weekend with you.
