The second document would be, Minister of Health Mandate Letter from the Prime Minister's Office to Minister Philpott, and also a letter from the Office of the Prime Minister to the Minister of Indigenous and Northern Affairs, a mandate letter, and also an office of the Prime Minister letter to the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, a mandate letter.
